Mauro Archer πŸ‘©β€βš–οΈ Reinvigorating the product experience for a claim management tool supporting victims of Californian fires

The overall challenge was to rethink the all-in-one management tool that Mauro Archer’s claim managers use to input, review and submit information and supporting documentation of the victims of the California fires. There are the two main challenges we had to solve for : Extensive amount of information displayed on the page, particularly under the settings tab. Claim managers were struggling to quickly find and input information as they were speaking to their clients. Claim Managers need quick access to a lot of different information at once.

Native.fm πŸ₯³ Designing eCommerce and CMS products to improve student experiences and power campus economies

πŸ…²πŸ…»πŸ…ΈπŸ…΄πŸ…½πŸ†ƒ Native is the champion of student experiences. A multi-award winning platform bringing exciting content and brands onto campus whilst providing students with event recommendations, new experiences and exclusive experiences off-campus. πŸ…²πŸ…·πŸ…°πŸ…»πŸ…»πŸ…΄πŸ…½πŸ…ΆπŸ…΄ With limited design and development time we needed to update the checkout experience. At the core Native wanted us to improve the UX to allow for new functionality of multi-basket purchases, as well as create a more modular feel to accommodate future changes to the checkout process. From our side, we wanted to keep the UI as clean as possible, while also adding an interesting flair that is quick to implement. πŸ†‚πŸ…ΎπŸ…»πŸ†„πŸ†ƒπŸ…ΈπŸ…ΎπŸ…½ We simplified what was previously a 2 column layout into 1 column, enabling customers to quickly vertically scan the items in their bag and progress to payment. We created modular cards for each substantial section of the process, which will allow us to easily know how and where to add or remove parts to the checkout experience. Lastly we utlised a Native 'ticket' graphic in either corners of the page to instil the visual excitement and represent the fun they seek as a result of buying their tickets. πŸ†‚πŸ…ΊπŸ…ΈπŸ…»πŸ…»πŸ†‚ β€” UX design β€” UI design β€” Illustrations
